In a project that has been in sporadic production since 2003, Rasika Mathur brings her incredible writing talent, wit, and adept comedic ability to portray both male and female (and still-to-be-determined) characters in this bitingly hilarious mockumentary!

Mathur tells the story of Nilam Auntie, a woman who is somewhat of a mystery ... she is a 50 a year old Indian woman who has never been married. Armed with only her ability to clean, speak some fractured English and unintentionally offend others, she sets to live her own life regardless of the way society sees her. Through an array of 15 characters (and several collected blocks of accumulated video footage), we learn the story of Nilam and how she sets to prove, that while some women are born - others are maid.
